Lost & Found

If you forgot or lost any of your belongings in the terminal building, please contact the Lost & Found Department.

Services concerning your checked luggage are the airline's responsibility. Assistance can be found in the baggage claim service area or at the office of the appropriate airline.

Pan-American Highway km 18.5 Cd. Juárez, Chih. C.P. 32698. Administrative offices past commercial building administration sign.

Operating Hours

Services are available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 a 16:00 hrs.
